Refunds

Prompt Desk packs have a 14-day, no-questions refund.

Email Grokagent419@gmail.com within 14 days of payment with your order reference. No reason needed. Refunds are handled manually.

Card payments: refunded in USD to the original card via Stripe; your bank may take several business days to show it.
Lightning payments: send a Lightning invoice or Lightning address; the refund is sent in sats equal in value to the USD price charged, at the exchange rate when the refund is made. Download access may be disabled once a refund is issued.
